Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Azure Blooming LLC. Our products are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer.
Shipping rates and destinations
Our Shopify checkout and Google Merchant Center shipping settings use the same active shipping rates:
- United States: US Standard Shipping — $6.99 USD.
- Supported international destinations: Worldwide Fast Shipping — $9.99 USD.
Supported international destinations currently include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If a country or shipping method is not available at checkout, we currently cannot ship that order to that destination.
Estimated delivery time
The estimated total delivery window includes order processing plus carrier transit time:
- United States: typically 6–10 business days.
- Supported international destinations: typically 8–11 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Order processing
Orders are made to order. Processing is included in the estimated delivery windows above. Some product pages may show a more specific processing estimate, such as 1–3 business days for many T-shirts or 2–4 business days for some Hawaiian shirts or jerseys.
Shipping origin
Orders are printed, packed, and shipped from fulfillment partners and production facilities, primarily located in the United States. The exact fulfillment location may vary by product and availability.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@azureblooming.com. We will do our best to help before the order is fulfilled.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building, and your local carrier office. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at support@azureblooming.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
